Alana De La Garza, a stunning actress who has made a lasting impression in the film industry. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. It wasn't long before she moved to Texas. In Texas, she began a career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in independent local film as well as international commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew in the field of acting even in small role. Her move was to New York. Her first acting gig was with the soap-opera All My Children. During early 2000s, her small parts were appearing on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The first time she had a major role in a series was in the 2004 short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character was in 2006's Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza has been recognized several times for her role, among them Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in a drama television series. De La Garza got a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments after. She played Marisol Deko in the role of wife to David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's slightly dark show Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister Cory is 10 years younger than her. Milano was raised in the strict, religious home of her family. Milano began her acting career at age seven old. Babysitters took her along for the first audition. With more than 1000 applicants they were selected to be one of only four. Milano appeared in commercials for television as well as off Broadway shows, including the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
